Trainerpreneurs Community calls for a national movement among India’s trainers; 6-city network looks to help corporates get the best trainers.

HYDERABAD, August, 2025: Trainerpreneurs Community (TPC) said it is stepping up operations across six chapters—Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR—to create a single, reliable gateway for organisations to discover training talent. The community describes itself as a peer-led network focused on practice standards, market readiness and transparent engagement between trainers and employers.

According to the community, TPC brings together 400+ trainers across domains and delivery formats. It reports 32 knowledge-sharing sessions and 12 expert talks conducted so far, including four featuring international speakers. The focus, the community said, is on raising capability across the profession while making it easier for companies to locate fit-for-purpose expertise.

TPC said it is designed to address common sourcing challenges faced by employers—quality, readiness and domain fit—by preparing trainers on one side and making targeted introductions to organisations on the other. The community’s chapter teams coordinate shortlists and pilots, while national oversight supports consistency and faster roll-outs across cities.

As part of its programming, TPC announced an experiential “Trainerpreneurs Bootcamp” on September 6. Described by the organisers as a hands-on format, the event combines pre-work and assignments, a full-day in-person workshop, a 15-day implementation cohort, and an assessment of outcomes aimed at turning learning into delivery on the ground.

TPC said national coordination is led by the Founder, Faheem Sait, with chapter operations handled by Sania, Head of Community, Chapter led Chennai – Ms. Krishnaveni; Mumbai – Vibhor Sahni; Pune – Dr. Sanjay Gaikwad; Delhi-NCR – Vidya Kesari; Bengaluru – Hussain Ali.
