The Indian founder is building the world’s first AI-native Advertising Operating System, and a nationwide AI skilling framework aligned with India’s IndiaAI Mission. Investors, enterprises and policymakers are beginning to take notice.

While much of the world is still arguing whether AI will take jobs, one Indian founder has already drawn up the blueprint to create them, and to rebuild a $600 billion industry on top of it.

Vishal Jariwala, Founder & Chairman of Adsnex and architect of AIFI (Artificial Intelligence Forum of India), has spent over two decades operating at the intersection of applied AI, performance marketing and grassroots Indian consumer behaviour. It is a rare combination: the engineering discipline to ship real software, the commercial instincts to price it, and the public-policy literacy to scale it nationally. His strategic anchor is Smiligners, a profitable, fully bootstrapped venture led by his wife, Dipti Patle. It is Smiligners’ cash flow, customer base and operating muscle that quietly power both of his AI ventures.

Adsnex: Reimagining a $600 Billion Industry with an AI-Native Operating System

Advertising teams are bleeding an estimated $50,000 a year across 7 to 12 disconnected tools. Adsnex is being built to make that waste extinct.

Currently in prototyping stage and closing fast on MVP, Adsnex is engineered as the world’s first AI-native Advertising Operating System: a single surface to create, manage, optimize and automate campaigns across Meta, Google and a growing set of integrations spanning Amazon, TikTok, Snap, Taboola, LinkedIn, OTT Ads, E-commerce Ads and Quick Commerce Ads. Agentic AI workflows and a token-driven engine sit underneath the platform, with an ads-specific large language model firmly on the roadmap.

The opportunity is substantial. Global digital advertising spend now crosses $600 billion a year. Nearly 50 million SMBs worldwide spend roughly $2,000 each on paid media, a serviceable market Adsnex has sized at approximately $100 billion. The initial beachhead is 2,000 paying customers across India and the MENA region, representing around $4 million in early ARR. Its core users are SMBs, performance marketers and agencies that can no longer afford tool sprawl.

Adsnex is raising ₹10 crore (approximately $1.1 million) in a pre-seed round at a ₹40 to 50 crore pre-money valuation, translating to 16 to 20 percent dilution. The capital will fund MVP launch, platform integrations, the enterprise and API layer, agentic AI v2, and the data pipeline for its future ads-specific LLM. Smiligners has committed as an early investor and joint development partner, routing approximately 400 paying customers into closed beta. Conversations with strategic investors and family offices across India and the MENA region are active, and with MVP weeks away, insiders expect the round to move quickly.

AIFI: An AI Skilling Blueprint for Every Indian, from Homemakers to IAS Officers

AIFI (AI For Impact), an initiative of Smiligners, is a government-ready national AI skilling framework aligned with India’s IndiaAI Mission and PMKVY 4.0’s target of 50 lakh youth by 2026. Its 98 NSQF-aligned courses are structured across three tracks: Part A for job seekers, women, homemakers, rural youth and persons with disabilities; Part B for civil services, railways, defence, judiciary, healthcare and education; and Part C for MSMEs, startups and employers.

The library is a deliberate act of inclusion. It spans ‘Ghar Se Career’ for homemakers, ‘AI for SHG Leaders and Lakhpati Didis,’ ‘AI for Senior Bureaucrats’ at LBSNAA, ‘AI in Cyber Crime Investigation,’ and dedicated programmes for ISRO and DRDO scientists. AIFI is in active discussions with NASSCOM and is pursuing NSDC approvals to offer as many courses as possible free of cost. Alongside the curriculum, Jariwala is architecting a full public-private placement ecosystem, addressing what he sees as India’s real challenge: not skilling, but placement.

Sector-Specific AI: The Enterprise Door Is Open

Beyond Adsnex and AIFI, Jariwala’s team is productising sector-specific AI solutions across banking, insurance, universities, government, smart cities, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, automotive, logistics, video and content, media, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, agriculture, legal, HR and telecom. Each is engineered to automate work, lift sales and compound productivity. Enterprise pilot conversations are already underway.

The Bigger Picture

Adsnex is the commercial engine. AIFI is the national canvas. Together they reflect an ambitious dual strategy: a founder building a global AI product for international boardrooms while simultaneously creating a national AI skilling ecosystem for India. With early traction building and investor interest growing, the blueprint is no longer theoretical. It is actively taking shape, and the window to move with him is narrowing.
