Mir Nizam Ali Khan, also known as Adv. Nizam A. Khan, is a well-known public speaker who covers a range of topics including Islam, the Indian Judiciary, and current events. He is from Hyderabad, India, and comes from a Muslim background. He is the great-grandson of Nawab Sultan Yawar Jung ul Mulk Bahadur Mir Vazir Ali Khan, who served as the Commissioner of Police in Hyderabad in 1905. Adv. Nizam A. Khan is the Founder President of ALIF – Al Lisaan Islamic Foundation and Khan’s Advocates & Associates, a registered Law Firm. He is also a patron member of the Telangana High Court Advocates’ Association. As a young advocate and Islamic speaker, he teaches and preaches, holding a Quran in one hand and the Constitution of India in the other. He is particularly popular among the youth and started conducting seminars at the age of 15. He holds multiple educational degrees including an MBA, M.Sc., M.A., LL.B, LL.M, and Ph.D. In a recent interview, he expressed his mission to promote peace, harmony, national integration, and universal brotherhood through the teachings of the Quran, Prophet Muhammad PBUH, and the Constitution of India. He emphasizes the importance of understanding basic human ethics, moral values, and fundamental rights and responsibilities. His lectures are delivered in English and Urdu and attract large audiences. Advocate Nizam A. Khan arranges workshops to raise legal awareness, provides free legal assistance, offers coaching for the TSLAWCET exam, and offers guidance to those interested in studying law.
He stresses the importance of obeying the country’s laws and respecting the religious beliefs and customs of all communities. Khan’s seminars are apolitical and he shares videos of his seminars and legal awareness programs on social media platforms, particularly YouTube. He has also conducted seminars in various countries including Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Nepal. Additionally, Khan conducts social awareness programs on topics such as the consequences of drugs and narcotics, women’s safety, anti-dowry campaigns, and awareness about social issues. Along with his wife, Advocate Javeriya Nousheen, he operates a matrimonial counseling center where couples in conflict can receive effective counseling and reconcile without resorting to further legal action. Through arbitration and counseling, they have achieved an 80% success rate in resolving cases. Advocate Nizam A. Khan also conducts workshops specifically for young people, guiding, motivating, and encouraging them to abide by the law, lead peaceful and respected lives, and become valuable members of their families, society, and India as a whole.
