From rural India to Global Inspiration, Anikas work for rebuilding & revamping Anganwadis is winning her Nationl & International accolades.
No political / social title.
No funding empire.
No safety net.
Just grit & guts.
Creating History in India, by being the first student ever to have signed an *MOU with the Rajasthan Government seals her adoption of identified Anganwadi centers.
No water.
No electricity.
No toilets.
Infested rooms.
Destroyed Boundaries.
Damaged roofs.
Demented walls.
Broken Doors & Windows.
This isn’t a war zone.
It’s rural reality of India.
And the battlefield?
Anganwadi centres — the supposed lifelines for India’s most vulnerable: little children, pregnant women, and young mothers.
“I’m not just fixing infrastructure. I’m fixing foundation of humanity,” she says
“Structural repairs, Rebuilding foundations, Labour & Supply chain corruption, cost controls, quality checks, fund raising— the list of challenges is endless but indispensable…”
Continues Anika, “Each center needs an average of INR 1.5lakhs. We need support in the form of funding, donations, grants, CSR – through your platform I request corporates, HNI or anyone who can – to come forward & extend your support so that we can scale this to many more centers & redefine the face of education & health”.
With every center revived, her foundation Adhikar is giving these villages especially children & women – clean rooms, sanitised toilets, hygienic food, safe drinking water, sewage disposals, pipelines, electricity supply, fans & lights, greenery, beautification, digitalisation & most importantly – a life of of dignity.
Beyond the school hours, Anika is working to refine the skills & make every woman in these villages financially independent by offering vocational training at these centres.
A rage & rebel with a purpose. Anikas selfless mission has been recognised as “ globally inspirational”from hundreds of initiatives from across the globe that ‘should be mirrored in other countries for restructuring & strengthening their education & health care roots’
“In these remote areas, to even begin any work it takes months & months of toiling & requests & followups .
I literally begin & end by day with this. As a result in a month, we have already completed 4 centres- even the department is surprised. But I cannot let anyone rest till we don’t achieve our mission..” signs-off the boss of Adhikar.
