On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Kolkata—the cultural capital of Bharat—hosted the grand event “Best of the Best Honour 2025” (Season 4). The award ceremony took place on Sunday evening at the prestigious Regenta Orkos Hotel in a glittering celebration.
The “Best of the Best Honour 2025” awards were presented to eminent individuals for their outstanding contributions in various fields including cinema and television, literature, education, culture, dance, social service, and the makeup industry.
Renowned poet Sudip Chandra Halder graced the occasion as the special guest. In his speech, he said:
“Bengal’s society and culture are immensely rich. Those who have been honored today for their distinctive contributions are playing a crucial role not only in the progress of Bengal but of the entire nation. I urge everyone to continue nurturing this creative spirit into the future.”
He warmly congratulated all the award recipients and extended his heartfelt wishes for Diwali and Kali Puja to everyone present.
Also in attendance were several distinguished guests and dignitaries, including Shri Rupam Chakraborty, Director of Sanj Ideal Foundation, the event organizer.
