Coffee Culture launches the #Me-New: An International, Home-made and Vegan affair !

Coffee Culture Reserve has tied up with Blue Tribe, the vegan brand backed by Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma to curate a planet friendly feast

It all started with a vision, a desire to unculture the taste palates of the city. And hence a #Me-New was born, which introduces a world of Italian, Asian and Fusion cuisines that are a gastronomical extravaganza at its best. Every single dish has been made at the outlet’s scratch kitchen and even the styling and plating of the food items reflects the elegance of the every dish, enticing the patrons to just delve into the food.

This #Me-New was brought to life at a brunch event where the guests dived into a delectable fair of Burrata Cheese Salad, Lebanese Bowl, healthy platters of Lean Green Nachos, Avo Burrat Toast, Harissa Hummus Mushroom Sourdough Toast, a main course of Italian favourites like Barbaresca Pasta, Baked Spaghetti Mozarella, Fusion palates of Masala Mafia and Quottro Formaggi Risotto along with first ever vegan options of Plant Based Kheema Thin Crust Pizza and Plant Based Vegan Harissa Burger.

The vegan options are made using the patties and kheema from Blue Tribe, the planet changing brand that is all about providing the culinary adventurers with healthier, environment-friendly products.

Inspired by global cuisines and staying true to local tastes, the #Me-New offering is one that is an ode to the evolving indulgent eater who is always out to explore modern sophistication infused into boundary pushing culinary experience.  The menu has a plethora of vegan breakfast options like full Plant Based English Breakfast, Scrambled Tofu Sourdough Toast, Plant Based Vegan Kheema Wrap, Vegan mains of OG Falafel, Lebanese Falafel Wrap, Mediterranean options like Mediterranean Mezze Platter, absolutely Instaworthy Italian delicacies like Portofino, Barbaresca, Pomodoro Basilico Gnocchi and a range of Chef recommended Risottos.
