Ritish Kukkar, a dedicated social worker, is set to receive the prestigious National Humanity Award 2024, presented by the Help India Foundation. The award ceremony, scheduled for February 9th at Moti Palace in Fazilka, marks the first edition of this national recognition organized by the foundation.
Help India Foundation, known for its extensive humanitarian efforts over the years, was founded by Vinod Rajput, with Kamal Kumar Narang serving as its President. The National Humanity Award 2024 will acknowledge the contributions of approximately 130 social workers from India and abroad.
The event is expected to draw participants from various regions, including Nepal, Assam, Maharashtra, Orissa, Punjab, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Kerala, Haryana, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Delhi. Ritish Kukkar from Fazilka, Punjab, has been selected for his commendable services in the field of social work.
Distinguished guests at the ceremony include Sriganganagar MLA Jaideep Bihani, Sadulshahr Assembly MLA Gurveer Singh Brar, Shri Karanpur Assembly MLA Rupendra Singh Kooner, District Collector Anshdeep, and social worker Kesar Singh Malerkotla. Yashpal Ahuja, Commissioner of Municipal Council Sriganganagar, along with Sanjeev Kumar Chauhan of the SC ST Cell Rajasthan Police, Dr. SK Kamra from the PMO of Government District Hospital Sriganganagar, and social worker Balwinder Godara, will also grace the occasion.

The award presentation will take place during the MD Chandra Cargo program, where Ward councilor and organization president, Gajendra Singh Bhati, will felicitate the deserving social workers.
