Dr Thejo Kumari Amudala also received the Bharat Vibhushan Award in the Delhi Legislative Assembly, presented by Honourable Speaker Sri Ram Niwas Goel. In another proud achievement, Dr Amudala was honoured with the Bharat Ratna Sammaan 2025, conferred by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Dr Amudala, the Founder and CEO of Thejas Groups, leads multiple ventures, including Theja Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Anzellic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which focus on technology, web marketing, and herbal health solutions. Her organisations have been instrumental in creating jobs, promoting women’s employment, and developing sustainable business ecosystems.
Beyond her entrepreneurial success, she has consistently reinvested in social causes — from free healthcare clinics and educational scholarships to women’s self-help programs and environmental awareness drives. Her leadership embodies the perfect blend of business excellence and human compassion.

Born on September 27, 1980, in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, Dr Thejo Kumari Amudala’s journey from a small-town girl to a global icon of peace and empowerment is an inspiring story of perseverance and purpose.
An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) and Indian School of Business (ISB), she later completed her PhD from Texas Global University, USA, focusing on international leadership and social innovation.
