Yasaswy Tallam started FridayStyle.in, also known as Friday, in 2024 to create quality Apple accessories for Indian users that match Apple's design standards without the high prices. Apple Watch straps were his first focus, reaching over 60,000 paying customers nationwide.
"Customers kept reporting scratches on their Apple Watch screens, even with minimal use," Yasaswy explains. "They tried tempered glass protectors, but these don't fit well because of the curved edges and make the watch look thick. We needed a better solution."
