In a world where most 20-year-olds are still figuring out what they want from life, Vansh Kashiwal has already built one of India’s most promising content and video marketing agencies. But the journey was far from easy. Just a few years ago, he was earning ₹1,500 a month working at a local clothing shop, trying to support his family and dreams.
Hailing from a modest background, Vansh always knew he wanted to create something big. “I didn’t have the luxury of waiting for the right time. I had to create my opportunity,” he says. While juggling school and a small retail job, he began teaching himself video editing and content marketing through free YouTube tutorials and freelance gigs.
What started as a side hustle quickly turned into a passion. Vansh soon realized the massive demand for engaging video content in the digital age. At 18, he started working with influencers and small brands — often charging as little as ₹200 per video just to get a foot in the door. But what he lacked in resources, he made up for in creativity and dedication.
Fast forward to today, Vansh is the founder of Content Ease, a full-fledged content agency that has worked with 25+ leading influencers and multiple startups and working in 5+ Countries. His team specializes in Video Editing, short-form video content, podcast production, UGC videos and brand storytelling — and their work has generated millions of organic views across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Despite rapid growth, he’s stayed grounded. He still works late nights, often editing, ideating, and managing client calls himself. “The hustle is still real. But now, I do it with a team and a vision,” he says.
With ambitions to scale Content Ease into a global content powerhouse and eventually launch his own tech product to solve creators’ pain points, Vansh is just getting started.
