G100 Chair Welcomes Shri Gudivada Amarnath as Advisory Member for G100 Andhra Pradesh Political Leadership

Shri Gudivada Amarnath, a dynamic and visionary leader, has made significant contributions to Andhra Pradesh's socio-economic landscape. Elected as the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Anakapalle constituency in 2019 representing the YSR Congress Party, he served as Minister for Industries, Infrastructure, Investment, Commerce, Information Technology, Handlooms & Textiles from 2022 to 2024. Under his stewardship, the state achieved a remarkable 15.31% increase in exports compared to 2021-22, positioning Andhra Pradesh among top coastal performers. He played a pivotal role in securing investments worth approximately ₹13 lakh crore through the Global Investors Summit (GIS) in Visakhapatnam, paving the way for over 6 lakh job opportunities, particularly in tourism and IT sectors. Additionally, his initiatives have fostered innovation, including Andhra Pradesh's pioneering collaboration with the World Economic Forum on 'Shaping the Future of Mobility,' underscoring his commitment to sustainable industrial growth and inclusive development.
