The 2nd Dream Open Karate Championship concluded with tremendous success and enthusiasm at the Multipurpose Indoor Stadium, Puducherry. The event was organised under the banner of the Global Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Federation, led by Sensei Dharma Prakash, State Head of Seishinkai Pondicherry, and supported by the Universal Karate Do Association of Pondicherry.
The championship witnessed the participation of numerous talented karatekas from different districts and neighbouring states, who showcased their skill, discipline, and true martial spirit. The event served as a platform to promote excellence and strengthen the karate movement in South India.
Hanshi Premjit Sen Inspires the Karate Fraternity.The championship was graced by the presence of Hanshi Premjit Sen, Referee & Judge of the World Karate Federation (WKF) and the Asian Karate Federation (AKF), and President of the Global Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Federation. A globally acclaimed karate personality, Hanshi Premjit Sen attended as the Guest of Honour, adding immense prestige to the occasion.
In his inspiring address, Hanshi Premjit Sen commended Sensei Dharma Prakash and the entire organising team for their commitment, discipline, and vision. He lauded the high standard of competition and the professionalism with which the championship was conducted.
Hanshi Sen stated,
“The 2nd Dream Open Karate Championship has set a wonderful example of unity and excellence. The sincere efforts of Sensei Dharma Prakash and his team reflect the strength and growing legacy of Seishinkai Karate in India.”

The event also witnessed the esteemed presence of Mr. Jose Charles Martin, Chairman & Managing Director of the Charles Group of Companies, who attended as Guest of Honour. A respected industrialist and philanthropist, Mr. Martin is known for his exceptional contribution to youth development and social empowerment through sports.
