Behind the scalability of the brand, Ronak Maheshwari is a CA Inter and UPSC Mains-worthy strategist, who rejected the traditional career paths to lead Swad Amrutam's finance and plan. "Dreams require a number," they say. "Without structure, vision remains just a fantasy."
Complementing it, Nayan Prajapati, is an MSc in Chemistry and former R&D officer, who now runs innovation, Product testing and quality control. Nayan brings the soul into the product: "Every cup should talk to the heart," he insists.
Together, this trio - tied since the first grade - combines passion, skills and trust in a way that is rarely seen in startups.

The story of the team is full of unconventional milestones. Surprisingly, his first outlet was not run by him - it was a franchise. "We proved that you don't need to run a shop to make a brand," Anil says.
