Chennai: InStrengths, a profiling tool developed by People First, is emerging as a powerful resource for self-awareness and transformation. The tool helps individuals reflect on eight dimensions of their being — Physical, Sensory Enjoyment, Dynamic Energy, Emotional Care, Data Mind, Creative Mind, Integrative Mind and Deeper Self.
In just 25 minutes, participants receive a personal report offering insights into their natural strengths and areas for growth. The tool has already helped more than 2,000 people across India and is being applied in coaching, conscious leadership and parenting to align inner awareness with outward roles and responsibilities.
“InStrengths goes beyond competency assessments,” said Dr. Uma Narayanan and Shraddha Patel, who lead the initiative. “We see self-transformation as an inward journey. When individuals align with their deeper self, they evolve into more conscious leaders, parents and professionals.”
Users also highlight the clarity it brings. Wagish Sharma, one of the early participants, shared:
“I fully vouch for it. InStrengths helped me see myself more clearly, and that awareness alone was transformative.”
The approach also supports team building and organizational growth by linking inner strengths with professional goals. Workshops and coaching sessions based on the tool are being conducted across India.
Individuals can access the profiling tool online and schedule a short one-on-one call with a coach to interpret their report. The team now plans to expand the tool’s reach globally over the next year.
