Indore, 2025: Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India’s leading hotel chains, has announced the signing of Lemon Tree Resort, Limbodagari, Madhya Pradesh, further strengthening its footprint in Central India. The tie-up was exclusively facilitated by EffoLogic, a leading consulting firm offering end-to-end advisory services for the hospitality sector.
The upcoming resort, being developed by the Sayar Majestic Group, owned by the Dabi family of Indore, will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, swimming pool, fitness center, spa and other public areas. The group, represented by next-generation entrepreneurs Mr. Jitendra Singh Dabi and Mr. Abhishek Singh Dabi, has established businesses across real estate development, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
Strategically located near the Super Corridor, the resort is well-connected by road and enjoys proximity to key IT hubs. Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport (approx. 9.4 kms) and Indore Railway Station (approx. 9.3 kms) ensure seamless connectivity for both domestic and international travelers.
The agreement with Lemon Tree Hotels was formally signed by Mr. Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, marking another milestone in the group’s expansion in Madhya Pradesh, where it already operates four hotels with seven more in the pipeline.
