In 2024, she officially launched Bhava Smart Solutions Private Limited in India and Fitsyou Creative in the United Kingdom, establishing a strong cross-border presence.

Mrs. Shruthi’s brands — Bhava, Fitsyou, and Shruthi Fashions — are known for their elegant blend of tradition, contemporary style, and customization. Meanwhile, her brand Fitsyou focuses on sourcing and importing fashion apparel from the UK, USA, and China, bringing international trends to Indian consumers.
As of August 15, 2025, Mrs. Shruthi is set to launch her e-commerce platforms — fitsyou.in and bhavass.com — aiming to make her fashion collections accessible to customers across India and abroad.

Mrs. Shruthi proudly acknowledges the unwavering support of her family — her mother Meena M, father Markandeya K, and her husband Santosh N. She is also joined by her brother Mr. Sujay, an entrepreneur in the restaurant and gaming industry, and her 11-year-old daughter Ms. Charishma, a budding entrepreneur in her own right. Together, they co-founded Bhava Smart Solutions with a shared mission to blend fashion with social upliftment.
Social Impact and Empowerment
True to her roots and values, Mrs. Shruthi is committed to social responsibility. She actively works with NGOs, particularly the Ashrithjeevan Foundation, to donate surplus clothing to the transgender community and supports them in setting up their own boutiques. Through design mentorship and business guidance, she has enabled many from marginalized groups to build sustainable livelihoods.
In an exemplary move, she has introduced a Self-Help Group (SHG) model to support women and transgenders in starting small-scale manufacturing units and tailoring businesses. This model is empowering local communities in Bangalore and expanding across Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
