Academic Pursuits and Early Career
Venkatesh’s academic journey began at KL University, where he completed his B.Tech, followed by an M.Tech from JNTU. His thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there; he also earned a PG Diploma in Psychology and Counseling from Asian International University. These qualifications laid a solid foundation for his future endeavors, equipping him with both technical expertise and a profound understanding of human behavior.
His professional career commenced with a role as a Project Engineer at MEIL Company, where he worked for two years. This was followed by a stint as a Career Counselor at Byjus, where he spent another two years guiding students in their academic and career choices. These experiences provided Venkatesh with a diverse skill set and a unique perspective on the educational needs of students.

In 2015, Venkatesh took on the role of Academic Director at his childhood educational institution, Sanghamitra Vidyalaya. Here, he played a pivotal role in transforming the rural education structure.
