Bangalore (Karnataka) [India] October 23: A silent struggle unfolds daily in most coaching institutes in India. Coaching Centres, Sports academies, and Exam preparation institutes – numbering around 7.7 lakhs across the country are struggling to grow. This challenge has long been overlooked, affecting 62% of the market. That’s when the Nurture CRM, a need-of-the-hour solution, was launched in 2022 by Akademe Edify Tech Solutions Private Limited, backed by InnVentures.

“It’s been a few months that we have been using Nurture app services,” Amrita Praseeda of Soundkraft shared. “It was a random find, and I am extremely happy that we have this association. Very user-friendly app, and it’s helping us to manage our database and payments pretty well and evolving every day with new features. What sets Nurture apart is its commitment to mutual growth. “We want to profit with our members, not from them,” Anand shares. This philosophy is reflected in their business model, which doesn’t rely on onboarding fees, migration fees, or customer requirements.

The app’s success stories are numerous. Surya Rajendran of Southern Stock Academy notes, “Since implementing the CRM, we can easily track our leads and pending payments and analyse the overall performance of our sales team.”

Akademe Edify Tech Solutions has ambitious plans for expansion and scaling. “We’re working to ease tomorrow’s challenges,” Shailesh says. The team is working on enhancing the app’s features, freeing educators to focus on what matters most – shaping the minds of tomorrow.
