The outdoor advertising industry has long been one of the most influential marketing channels in India. From large billboards along highways to hoardings in busy urban markets, outdoor media has been a critical tool for brand visibility. Despite its scale, the industry has remained largely fragmented and offline, with limited digital infrastructure to support advertisers and media owners.

Recognizing this gap, Adbook Communication Private Limited launched OOTER for users on 1st April, a technology platform designed to organize and digitize the outdoor advertising ecosystem.
