Rajrupa Bose and the Rotary Club of Calcutta Centenary collaborated to bring joy and learning to underprivileged children aged 5-10 years in Kolkata. The initiative involved generous donations of academic materials, storybooks, and food.
Rajrupa Bose led a campaign to provide young learners with tools to build their future and a reminder of childhood. The donation included notebooks, pencils, educational kits, and colorful storybooks to spark imagination and inspire a love for reading.

The team provided a variety of treats, including cookies, cakes, chips, chocolates, and fruit juices, to add a festive touch to the celebration of childhood.
Speaking to us, a representative from the Jeevansathi Vikash Foundation shared, “This gesture goes beyond materials. It shows the children that they matter, that there are people out there rooting for their dreams.”
Rajrupa Bose, known for her commitment to inclusive development and child welfare, remarked, “We wanted to do something that feeds both minds and hearts. Education is the strongest foundation we can offer – and a little joy along the way makes the journey brighter.”
These initiatives provide hope beyond words, fostering a child’s readiness to dream through a storybook, pencil, and cookie pack.
