SR Capital Senior Secondary School has achieved a significant national milestone by being placed among the initial Top 100 schools across India to receive affiliation with the Bhartiya Shiksha Board (BSB). This prestigious recognition underscores the school’s sustained commitment to quality education, strong Indian values, and a future-ready academic framework aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The Bhartiya Shiksha Board is a National Education Board established under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The Class X and Class XII certificates issued by BSB carry full equivalence with other national boards, including CBSE and ICSE, and are formally recognized by apex bodies such as the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), University Grants Commission (UGC), and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), as well as all major State Governments.
As a result, students passing Class X and XII from BSB are eligible for admission to Central, State, and Private Universities, and for Engineering, Medical, Professional, and Technical courses, subject to prevailing eligibility criteria. The certificates are also valid for Central and State Government services.
BSB emphasizes holistic and multidisciplinary learning, skill-based and value-oriented education, and the integration of Indian Knowledge Systems with contemporary pedagogy, preparing learners for the evolving demands of the 21st century.
At the senior secondary level, BSB offers Science, Commerce, Arts, and interdisciplinary combinations, enabling students to choose subjects based on interest, aptitude, and career aspirations, in line with NEP 2020’s flexibility framework.
