Global green Awardee and renowned social activist Deshpremi Rishi recently celebrated his birthday in Mathura in a unique way by planting 1000 trees. His love for nature continues as previously also he has planted the most medicinal herbs in a day on a Global Platform and created a world Record with Harvard World Record on 17th November 2022.
Deshpremi Rishi has a strange knack of planting trees painstakingly with his own hands. He is also the founder and chairman of the well-known charitable organization “PRAYASH”, which aims to make the world a better place with more green cover, and help the needy and underprivileged society with food, clothing, and other emergency necessities. By far they have helped over 5000 families with monthly groceries, blankets and cooked food. Deshpremi Rishi has also been a part of almost any disaster relief operations and natural calamities be it accidents, floods, or cyclones.
Deshpremi Rishi is on a mission to plant one Lakh trees soon and with his work he is setting an example for the youth. With his charitable trust “PRAYASH”, Deshpremi Rishi is working every day to make the world a better place as he feels the conservation and protection of our environment is on the responsibility of the public and moreover it boosts to maintain a healthy balance of our surrounding and nature.
By planting 1000 trees on the day of his birthday, Deshpremi Rishi is envisioned to help the planet with cooler shade and tender rain with lush forests for future generations to benefit from. In this way, he is sowing the seeds of development of the nation and the world.
He says “I feel every people should take responsibility and mark their contribution to save nature, grow trees and keep the surrounding clean, it will not just make the world greener but a safer place for everyone”
Adding many accolades in his career as a social activist, Deshpremi Rishi also serves as the Director of the Mahatma Gandhi Global Peace Foundation as well as a World Peace Ambassador (Bhubaneswar). Additionally, he introduced the Prithviraj Dibyang Swabalambi Yojana, which he used to assist economically poor people with physical disabilities. He is also a multiple Award winner and received an honorary doctorate from various reputed organizations in recognition of his excellent work, standout performance, and remarkable role in the humanitarian and social work fields.
