In today’s fast-paced world where coding often dominates the lives of software engineers, Vibhor Bijoy has carved a unique space for himself—balancing logic with literature. An Indian writer and software engineer, Vibhor has emerged as a versatile storyteller whose works cut across poetry, romance, social themes, and even sports.
Born on June 25, 1996, in Delhi, Vibhor completed his schooling at Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai, before pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Today, he works with Thales in Noida. But beyond the algorithms and systems, it is words and emotions that truly define him.
A Journey Rooted in Passion for Words
Vibhor’s love for writing took shape during his school and college days but came back to life in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Starting with contributions to anthologies like Tintinnabulations, Voice of the Heart, Safina, and Shahdat, he soon made his mark in the literary world. By 2022, Vibhor had co-authored over 200 anthologies, winning the “Most Consistent Co-Author of 2021” award by Opus Coliseum.
His solo debut, Bhav Vibhor (2023), a collection of romantic poems, showcased his emotional depth, while Aaina addressed hard-hitting social issues. His novels Kanpur Ki Kulfi and Mission Rahat further won the hearts of readers.
Expanding Horizons
The year 2024 marked another milestone as Vibhor published Adhura Lafz, a poetry collection steeped in nostalgia, longing, and love, and Cricket Post Covid, a reflection on the transformation of cricket after the pandemic. His first English novel, Scaling the Wall Part 1, told the moving tale of cross-border friendship through sports amidst conflict, underlining the values of forgiveness and kindness.
This was followed by Kabir Meets Kabir and I Shall Keep Your Promise Alive, both exploring themes of friendship, second chances, and enduring love. Each work highlights his versatility and ability to connect with readers on deeply human themes.
A Voice Beyond Pages
Vibhor is not just an author confined to books. He has been an active performer on YouTube channels such as Jazbaat Roohani, Kasak A Story, Kala Kebab, and Kisse. One of his career highlights was performing at Mike Ke Laal, organized by Sahitya Aajtak. In his interview with Bharat Mere Saath, Vibhor candidly shared his literary journey, inspirations, and life lessons.
His works have also been showcased at major cultural platforms, including the World Book Fair in Delhi, IIT Delhi’s Rendezvous, Noida’s Diwali Mela, and Durga Puja Pandals, where they earned wide appreciation.

One memorable moment he recalls fondly is when a young boy at Noida Diwali Mela picked up his book Cricket Post Covid after his mother specifically asked for a cricket-themed title—a reminder of how stories can bridge generations.
He humbly credits his fellow authors—Ashish Rastogi, Ekta Saxena, Rachit, Shankar Sahay, and Saroj Dubey—for their support and inspiration throughout his journey.
