Chandigarh August 13, The Department of Tourism and Culture of Punjab started this special festival by hoisting the Tricolor at the office of Sector 38 Chandigarh under the Har Ghar Trianga Campaign ahead of the 75th Independence Day. On this occasion, all officers and employees participated.
Giving more information, Director of Tourism and Cultural Department Mr. Karnesh Sharma said that while celebrating the 75th Amrit Mahautsav and Independence Day with joy and enthusiasm, the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign has been started today by hoisting the Tricolor along with all the officers and employees. He said that the main purpose of this program is to feel proud by remembering the sacrifices made by many heroes of the country for freedom.
He said that from 13 to 15 August, the main objective of the Tricolor campaign at every house is to show the love and responsibility of the people towards the country and appealed to all the officials and employees to show their love towards the country by hoisting the tricolor at their homes under this campaign.
