There are two kinds of professionals. Ones who are hard working and follow their passion but somewhere in between they give up due to things not working out as planned or failure. Then the other ones are who are hard working and follow their passion and even after repeated failures are standing like a rock. They learn from their failures and move on. Because they have the set of most important traits called Determination, Perseverance, Patience and Persistence.
I am sure every football lover will know all about the film – Goal! It is one of the greatest football films though not based on true story but it’s the story of a young illegal Mexican immigrant who struggled to make ends meet in Los Angeles but at the same time he had huge ambitions of becoming a professional footballer. And soon enough, ‘Santiago Munez’ became a sensation in the world of football after scoring the winning goal for Newcastle United against Liverpool and earning a place in next Champions League.
But what many might not know is that ‘Kuno Becker ’, the man who played the lead role of ‘Santiago’, was actually a musician. Forget about him playing football ever, he was not even a football fan. He started learning violin at the age of five and studied at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria as well as the Nacional de Musica in Mexico. At 17, he decided to pursue the career of acting instead of becoming a violinist. It’s a decision he’s always proud of. After working in few music videos, theatre productions and television he bagged many roles in cinema too.

Shikha started her career in the year 98, as a Brand & PR Consultant,and went on to become the CEO of ICPAR, the PR division of Planman Consulting. She is the winner of the prestigious 4th Indy’s Super Achiever Award-2010, for outstanding contribution to the field of Marketing & Branding. Over two decades in PR & Communications she has worked on 12 Movies, many international concerts/events & from Fortune 500 clients.
In 2015 she took over as the President of Sales & Marketing at Daily Indian Media & Power Brands. She has been the guiding force behind Power Brands London International Forum for Equality, Power Brands Bollywood Film Journalists’ Awards & Power Brands Bharatiya Manavata Vikas Puraskar.
