New Delhi [India], April 13: In a strong display of community service and grassroots impact, Antyodaya Satkrit Foundation organised a Free Health Check-Up and Medicine Distribution Camp in Burari, Delhi, drawing widespread participation and appreciation from local residents.

The event was graced by Dr. Anand Rawat (BAMS), with over 30+ years of experience, who attended as the Chief Guest. His presence added credibility and inspiration to the initiative, as he emphasised the importance of preventive healthcare and regular check-ups in today’s fast-paced lifestyle.

Held near Amrit Vihar, the camp aimed to provide essential healthcare services to the community, especially those who lack easy access to medical facilities. The foundation, through its dedicated volunteers and medical team, ensured smooth coordination and quality patient care throughout the event.

Driven by its core mission, “Seva hi hamara sankalp hai,” the organisation once again demonstrated its commitment to making quality healthcare accessible to all, particularly underserved communities.

About Antyodaya Satkrit Foundation

Antyodaya Satkrit Foundation is a registered public charitable trust, established under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and headquartered in New Delhi. The Foundation is also registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for undertaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

The organisation works with a focused mission to support underprivileged children and families through education sponsorship and marriage assistance, ensuring that financial hardship never becomes a barrier to learning, growth, or dignity.

Indresh Tiwari (Chief Functionary – President), Akash Jain (CEO), Akhilesh Tiwari (Secretary), Vipul Kumar Jain (Treasurer), and Brijesh Tiwari (Trustee).

Free Healthcare Services at Doorstep

The camp provided essential medical services free of cost, including:

  • Blood sugar (diabetes) testing
  • Blood pressure (BP) monitoring
  • Distribution of free medicines to patients in need

The initiative witnessed an overwhelming response, with hundreds of residents benefiting from timely health check-ups and consultations. It reinforced the importance of early diagnosis and preventive care.

Special appreciation goes to the volunteers Mansi Kashyap, Moni Kashyap, Anu Belwal and Shivani Rawat, who played a vital role in managing on-ground operations and assisting patients throughout the camp.
