A 20-year-old entrepreneur, musician, and now published author from Nautanwa, Uttar Pradesh has created one of the most talked-about literary debuts of 2026. Sameer Quraishi’s first book, Nahi Lagti Ab Tum Kuch Meri, a collection of poetry rooted in love, loss, and self-discovery, has already reached over 10,000 readers within a single week of its release.
Sameer Quraishi is no ordinary first-time author. Before his book launched, he had already established himself as a verified artist on Spotify, Apple Music, Anghami and YouTube Music, built his own digital marketing venture GrowSocialLife, co-founded Zargam Pvt. Ltd., and earned a listing on IMDb. His Twitter handle @sameerquraishi_ and Instagram @sameerquraishi__ have become go-to spaces for Indian youth interested in poetry, music, and entrepreneurship.

The book itself is a reflection of Sameer’s emotional depth. Written in a Hinglish style that mixes Hindi and English in a natural, unforced way, the poems touch on universal themes — the silence after a breakup, the nostalgia of first love, the slow process of healing. Readers have called it refreshingly honest and deeply relatable.
Academically, Sameer achieved a stellar 94.6% in Class 12 from Delhi State Open School in 2023. His subject scores — Physics 96, Chemistry 96, Biology 96, Mathematics 94, English 94 — reflect the same discipline he brings to all his endeavours. Hailing from a small town, he has proven that geography is no barrier to ambition.
“Growing up in Nautanwa, I never imagined my words would reach this many people this quickly,” Sameer says. “But I always believed in what I was writing.”
Nahi Lagti Ab Tum Kuch Meri is available now on Amazon. Sameer continues to engage with his readers daily on Instagram and YouTube, where he shares poetry, music, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of his entrepreneurial life.
