Mumbai: the narrow lanes of Khanna, a small district in Punjab, dreams usually tread softly—but not for Tanveer Kaur. Standing tall at 5 feet 8 inches, this young fashion model has turned every head and broken every stereotype on her way to the spotlight. What sets her apart isn’t just her poise or striking presence, but the purpose she carries with every stride.
Tanveer isn’t just walking the ramp; she’s walking for change.

Hailing from a modest family background, Tanveer’s journey to the world of high fashion hasn’t been easy. She faced criticism, financial constraints, and limited exposure, but none of it deterred her. Today, she is not only representing small-town India on national platforms but also raising her voice for a cause close to her heart—“Fashion Against Bullying.”
Having herself faced bullying in school for being “too tall” or “too outspoken,” Tanveer now uses her rising fame to promote self-acceptance, body positivity, and mental health awareness among teenagers. Through school visits, local awareness drives, and digital campaigns, she inspires hundreds of young girls to wear their confidence like couture.

Tanveer Kaur’s recent participation in regional fashion events under the banner of the World Designing Forum has already caught the eye of major fashion houses. But beyond the glitter of flashbulbs and fabric, her commitment to creating a more inclusive and kinder world is what truly makes her a face for the future.
As she puts it, “Fashion should not just change trends, it should change lives.”
