A complete bootstrapped business started by Shwet Ketu Tiwari back in 2019 has completed its first phase of testing and is now ready to go ahead with its services across 25 cities in the country.
According to the founder, Go Limpo was founded with the aim of solving the cleaning problems faced by both the household and commercial setups. Getting into the details of the real problems being faced in this industry is bilateral, and both the customer and service provider are dissatisfied up to a certain degree, and one of the primary reasons behind this is an unorganized market and unprofessional service provider. So basically, doing these things for the last 7-8 years, I am trying to provide services to the customer in a way they want and trying to solve all the problems as a service provider I have faced over the period of time, simultaneously. Go Limpo is currently providing 10 cleaning services which include water tank cleaning services, Home cleaning services, Pest control services, Anti termite control, Sofa and chair cleaning services, Sewer tank cleaning services, Office cleaning services, After party management and carpet cleaning in Delhi and NCR. Now the list has been expanded to several other cities across the country, which includes Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Agra, Ranchi, Nagpur, Nasik and several others.
For now, Go Limpo has launched both application and websites which is pin code-based and enable the customers to book their orders for the active pin codes. Talking about the unique selling point (USP) of the firm, Mr Tiwari explained further, So far we just trying to keep the price affordable so that everybody can take our every kind of cleaning services and yes we are trying to bring something very different which we will be announcing very soon, but for now, what we are concerned is mainly about the assurance being given to the customer, in case if he has ordered any kind of services to us, that his time and money he is spending is worthwhile. And same is our commitment to our service partner that if he is working with us, he should not be worried about any kind of insecurities people usually face after coming into this business, be it financial or mental or physical. Apart from the price, the process we follow is quite unique, and the medicine/ chemical we use is accredited to their concerned organization.
