New Delhi [India], February 06: The first-ever film based on Gau Mata, ‘Godan’, has been released in cinemas today. The film is completely dedicated to Gau Mata and presents her significance through the lens of Indian culture, Sanatan Dharma, and science.
Shantanu Shukla, the film’s publicity and promotion in-charge, stated that ‘Godan’ connects people with their culture and religion. The film highlights, in a scientific manner, why Gau Mata is essential for humanity. He added that this film is a commendable effort aimed at helping the youth of the country understand the importance and usefulness of Gau Mata.
The film conveys that staying connected to one’s roots brings inner satisfaction and spiritual fulfillment. To make the story more impactful and realistic, several true incidents have also been included. ‘Godan’ not only entertains but also delivers a strong social and spiritual message.
Shantanu Shukla further mentioned that the Bollywood film industry is currently going through a significant phase of transformation. Films are no longer limited to traditional family stories; filmmakers and directors are now exploring diverse subjects, including social issues and suspense thrillers. ‘Godan’ stands as an example of this change and has the potential to become a powerful medium for connecting the youth with Indian culture and Sanatan values.
