Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: For the growing problem of mental health fatigue among remote workers, wellness professional Vageesh Potnis has collaborated with multiple corporations to introduce an AI-based mental wellness initiative. On the other hand, this initiative is intended to be launched in early 2025 and seeks to address the health needs of remote workers using intelligent systems.
The approach employs AI technology to help manage employee welfare by identifying factors leading to stress and/or burnout and providing the appropriate content on mental health as needed. It has been reported that these corporations include members of the Fortune 500, all of which have a remote workforce and want to help them with their mental health.
As mentioned via contacts to the project, Potnis’s program proposes real-time solutions for the mental health among staff members, including crisis management, self-help and live counseling. This will be accomplished on a very simple and easy to use interface that will promote blend and connect with existing company wellness programs.
Potnis pointed out that, “This is a huge milestone in trying to tackle the mental health issue which has come up a lot these days with the remote work culture. We can respond in the proper way utilizing AI and provide employees support at the right time and in the right manner efficiently.”
This, industry professionals argue, could be the turning point, ushering in a new reassuring norm of workplace wellness in a post pension tech-enabled world. As employees working from home has now become the reality for millions of people, businesses are beginning to adopt software solutions that keep employees as productive and mentally sound as possible.
Within the next few months, additional information about the program and the companies involved in it should be expected.
