Yoganta Conducts an Enlightening Guest Lecture on Nature vs Nurture at CBIT

Hyderabad, 20th April 2023 – Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) witnessed an exceptional guest lecture today on the topic of Nature vs Nurture: Human Growth and Development, delivered by the renowned International Yoga Teacher, Dr. Srirama Mandava from Team Yoganta. The event was coordinated by Smt. A Sathyavathi, Assistant Professor of the ECE Department at CBIT. More than 200 students and staffs attended the workshop and actively participated in it.

The lecture was an enlightening experience for the students, as Dr. Srirama delved into the nature vs nurture debate that has been going on for centuries. She explained how the environment and the genes play a significant role in human growth and development, and how they work together to shape an individual’s personality, behavior, and skills.

Dr. Srirama, with her expertise and knowledge of Yoga, provided students with a unique perspective on how Yoga and Meditation can help individuals achieve a balance between nature and nurture, leading to overall well-being. She highlighted the importance of living in harmony with nature and emphasized the need to nurture positive traits and habits for a healthy and fulfilling life.

The event was graced by the presence of Professor D Krishna Reddy, Professor G Suresh Babu, Raushan Kumar – founder & CEO of Yoganta, and O Chakradhar Reddy – co-founder & COO of Yoganta. Their presence added more value to the event, and their insights and knowledge were appreciated by the students.
