Over 3000 people, including students, patients, and clients, have benefited from her therapeutic touch in regaining equilibrium and improving both their mental and physical health. Her work as a wellness researcher studying the subconscious mind and cognitive function lends credence to her abilities as a multifaceted healer. Anju Sharma is a well-known international speaker who has received recognition for her achievements on numerous stages. Along with the honours, she also received recognition for teaching Tihar Jail inmates about mental wellbeing and how to lead good lives in 2021. With an aim to spread the magical touch of sound healing, Dr Anju Sharma recently launched her first book on healing – Brahm Se Brahmaand. The book sheds some light on what sound healing is and how it affects a person’s mind, body, and spirit. Through this book, she imparts the knowledge she has gained over the years in a way that even a layperson may comprehend and read his body and use sound to treat it.
Talking about the latest achievement, Dr Anju Sharma said, “I am honoured to have been chosen for my work in the wellness and sound healing fields. As a responsible citizen and health care provider, I always seek to heal people and educate them on the long-term benefits of sound therapy. Many people confuse music with sound, so I am trying to get the word out and help as many people heal as I can.
